Ruth Ann Nave


Ruth Ann Nave, 81, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017.  A visitation will be held from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 9th at Calvary Baptist Church, Blue Springs, MO.   The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. also at the church; burial in Blue Springs Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Calvary Baptist Church.


Ruth Ann was born October 29, 1936, in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Loyd and Nettie (Stackhouse) Lowderman.  She was a funeral preneed salesperson for many years.  Ruth Ann enjoyed going to Vesper Hall, dancing, and traveling.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.


Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her parents; her 1st husband, Bruce Nave in 2001; and three brothers, Raymond Loyd, Elton, and Homer.


She is survived by two daughters: Dedra Arlint of Blue Springs, and Barbara Packham (Sam) of Grain Valley, MO; two sons: Jerald Nave of Blue Springs, and Dudley Nave (Brenda) of Faucett, MO; her companion, Russell Taylor of Blue Springs; seven grandchildren: Donna Joy, Kristy Nave, Bryan Nave, Rodney Arlint, Craig Packham, Annette Arlint, and Ashley Peterson; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
