hannon Shawhan, 50, of Sugar Creek, MO, passed away at her home on Friday, June 12, 2020, surrounded by her family. Private family services at St. Ann’s Catholic Church; inurnment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nativity of Mary School in Independence, MO.
Shannon was born November 25, 1969 in Atlanta, GA, to James & Claudia (Cochran) Nash. She was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Shannon enjoyed traveling, working in the yard and her flower garden, shopping, ice skating, and camping. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family & friends.
Shannon was preceded in death by her father James Nash.
Shannon is survived by her husband, Jeff Shawhan; four children: Brent Miller & wife Amanda, Adam Miller, Maddisen Shawhan, and Stella Shawhan; three grandchildren: Aubrey Miller, Alexis Miller, and Antonio Miller; her mother, Claudia Nash; and sister, Kim Frandsen & husband Greg.
