Philip Wayne Weinstein, 48, of Odessa, MO passed away Sunday, April 18, 2010. A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, Missouri.

Philip was born on November 27, 1961 in Kansas City, MO to Billy and Barbara (Eubanks) Weinstein. He worked as a machine operator for Acutek in Odessa, MO. He like to fish, make model cars and airplanes and wood working.

His survivors include two sons: Christopher Wayne Weinstein and Matthew Weinstein both of Odessa, MO; one daughter, Jacquline Weinstein of Belton, MO; his father: Billy Weinstein of Bates City, MO; his mother: Barbara Marble of Gary, MN; two brothers: Jeffery Leon Weinstein of Walsenburg, CO and Timothy Craig Weinstein of Proctor, MN; and one granddaughter.
