Margaret Louise Ogden, 74, of Oak Grove, MO, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove. Visitation will be 6:00-7:30 pm Tuesday, February 10th at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove. A Graveside service will be 1 pm Wednesday at Laclede Cemetery, Laclede, MO. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Crossroads Hospice.
Margaret was born on September 15, 1935 in Laclede, MO, the daughter of Roy & Marguerite (Banning) Ogle. She married Buell “Corky” Ogden on June 25, 1953 and he preceded her in death on January 4, 2006. Two siblings, James Ogle & Doris Faubion also preceded her in death. Margaret had been an employee of Lake City Ammunition Plant. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Oak Grove.
Her survivors include four sons & daughters-in-law: Jim & Lois Ogden of Bates City, Steve & Becky Ogden of Oak Grove, John & Trudy Ogden of Odessa, and Gary & Vicki Ogden of Oak Grove; one sister: Karen Harrison of Marceline, MO; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
