Mary Howard, 73, of Oak Grove, Missouri passed away Monday, March 29, 2010 at Saint Mary’s Medical Center, Blue Springs, MO. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2010 at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Oak Grove, MO. The family will receive friends for a visitation Thursday, April 1, 2010 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO.
Mary was born September 6, 1936 in Marshall, MO to Robert and Helen (Swain) Pannell. She was an avid reader and a dog lover.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Robert and Helen; her loving husband of 49 years, Richard Howard; and several brothers and sisters.
Her survivors include two sons, Doug Howard of Iowa Park, TX and Richard Lee Howard of MN, three daughters, Kim O’Hare and Karla Hahn both of Oak Grove, Mo and Linda Fetsch of MN; two sisters, Doris Ellis of Richardson, TX and Herma Makings of Oak Grove, MO; 11 grandchildren; and several great and great-great grandchildren.
