Earl Clement Swinney, III, 65, of Independence, MO passed away March 20, 2023.

Earl was born July 13, 1957 in Waukegan, IL to Earl C & Theresa (Levandoski) Swinney. He owned a sandwich shop named Blimpie’s for a short time. Earl met Julie while working with her at Villa Pizza, they remained there for 19 ½ years. Earl & Julie moved to Missouri to continue working together in the food industry. Earl’s passion was cars and he enjoyed making them faster.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents.

Earl is survived by his wife Julie Swinney; sons: William Earl Swinney, Nicholas Baxter; grandchildren Jacqueline Baxter (25), Nicholas Baxter, Jr, (15), Mason Baxter (13), Mallory Baxter (4 months); great-grandchild: Asher Baxter (2)
