Vickie L. Gulley (Milazzo-Milo), age 67 of Independence, MO passed away on March 1st, 2024 at Centerpoint Hospital from natural causes.
She was a strong woman who loved her family with all of her heart. Over the years she enjoyed mud racing with her husband Poncho, bowling in leagues and traveling for tournaments. There was also her love of bingo that had her husband dropping her off in the early hours of the day so she could travel around on a bus to play it in different cities. She also looked forward to her weekly bingo nights with her sister Christine and friends. Vickie was an amazing wife, mother, sister, and friend that will be missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her father Phillip A. Milazzo, Mother Lucille Sook, and other loved ones that are dearly missed.
Survivors include her husband Kenneth (Poncho) Gulley. Daughters Deon Johnson, Katie Gulley. Granddaughters Tara Gulley, Kylee Johnson, Emily Johnson. Great-Grandkids Avery and Konner Gulley-Robertson. Sister Christine Burnaugh, Nephews Mark and Matt Burnaugh and family.
Graveside services will be 10am, Saturday March 9th 2024, at: Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, 7601 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64138. A celebration of life is to follow from 12pm-2pm at: The Luxe Event Space, 200 N. Liberty St, Independence, MO 64050.
