Mary Fern Mack, 75, of Independence, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Mary was born October 30, 1948 in Shelbina, Missouri to Kenneth Everett and Elsie Fern (Fitzpatrick) Taylor. She was a practical joker. Mary enjoyed going to the boats, bowling, playing bingo and reading. She worked for many years in the food services in hospitals and nursing homes.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Helen Owen; brother: Howard Taylor and Bobbie Taylor.

Mary is survived by brother, Kenneth E. “Junior” Taylor Jr. (Brenda); nephew, Marcel M. Cretel; nephew, David F. Cretel; niece, Shena M. David (Brad); niece, Constance A. Taylor; and nephew, Joshua J. Taylor (Kara).
