Ronald Dean Middleton of Independence, Missouri, passed away June 21, 2025 at St. Mary’s Blue Springs Hospital.
Ronald was born June 9, 1945 in Nevada, Missouri. He grew up in Kansas City, MO, and graduated from Northeast High School in 1963. He was a member of White Avenue United Methodist Church, served as a Cub Scout leader of Troop 132, and coached Little League teams through Whatsoever Community Center and the local YMCA.
Ronald is survived by his ex-wife Donna Middleton and children Reynold (Elizabeth) Middleton, Rachelle (Dave) Cornelius, Renee (Chris) Bussen, Roxane Hager, Ryun (Tricia) Middleton, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Dale Middleton and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by wife Michelle Kafafi, parents Edgar Leroy and Floy Fern (Layton) Middleton, brothers Harold and Clyde Middleton, and sister Arlene Rich.
