Teresa Diane (Bailey) Brown, 60, of Bates City, Missouri, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2nd at her mother’s home, 2400 SW Paris Drive, Blue Springs, MO.
Teresa was born January 10, 1959, in Maryville, Missouri, the daughter of Billy Mac Bailey and Wilma Jean (Wray) Bailey Leone. She was a devoted employee at Donn Paul Graphix in Grain Valley, MO, for 15 years. Teresa was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family more than anything and always made the best of any situation. She was never afraid to speak her mind. Teresa loved spending time with her kids, grandkids, family, and friends. She will be deeply missed.
Teresa was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, Billy Mac Bailey; her stepfather, Joseph Leone; and one son, Justin Wayne Brown.
Her survivors include her loving husband, Cecil Brown of the home; three children: Christopher Bailey of the home, Tara Graham and her husband Winston of Kansas City, MO, and Cecil Brown Jr. and his wife Bambi of Bates City; four grandchildren: Destiny, Gabriel, Kyrei, and Karsyn; her mother, Wilma Leone of Blue Springs, MO; three brothers: Gerry Bailey of Nevada, IA, Kenny Bailey of Maitland, MO, and Terry Carr of Kansas City, MO; three sisters: Martha Bailey of Blue Springs, Melinda Brown of Grain Valley, MO, and Caren Hankins of Blue Springs; and many extended family members.

19 Aug 2020I was looking for Wilma Leone’s address when I ran across this. So sorry to learn of Teresa’s passing. We lost our oldest son Tim at the age of 54 to cancer. Not supposed to be this way. Our condolences to the entire family. – Howard & Billie Treese
