Carol Ann Cutchlow, 75, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019. Memorial services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16th at Lakeland Community Church, 913 NE Colbern Road, Lee’s Summit, MO 64086. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until service time at the church.
Carol was born March 20, 1945, in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Oliver and Anna M. (Lohr) Jones. She worked at The Groves for over 20 years, where she was loved by staff and residents. Carol was a woman of faith who loved the Lord. She enjoyed going to the theatre, Renaissance Festival, antiquing, collecting angels, and jewelry. Carol was a kind and compassionate person who put others before herself and was loved by many people. She loved to laugh and dance. Her greatest joy was being Nana to Gabriel and Zora.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents and sister Agnes Gibler.
Her survivors include her husband, Billy Cutchlow of the home; son, James Amos and wife Connie of Blue Springs, MO; daughter, Sasheen Cutchlow of Raytown, MO; two grandchildren, Gabriel, Zora, and Mallory Cutchlow; three nieces: Angela Steele, Sandy Walker, and Deanne Hackley; nephew, Bob Gibler; and three stepchildren: Therie, Seila, and Rohrk Cutchlow.
