Gloria M. Davis, 86, of Oak Grove, Missouri passed away Monday, May 30, 2016. A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 6, 2016 at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley. A funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. also at the funeral home; burial following in Valley Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley. In Lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to John Knox Village Hospice House.

  Gloria was born April 18, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI. She married Virgil Davis on September 24, 1948. Gloria was a member of All Saints Lutheran Church in Blue Springs, MO. She is preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn Gallus; infant daughter, Deann; and son, Mark Deacy.

  She is survived by her husband Virgil “Skip” Davis of the home; 5 sisters, Mary K. Brown, Carol Peters, Sharon Gallus, Bonnie Gallus, and Jenny Gallus; nephew, David (Paula) Melugin; god daughter, Pamela (Jim) Bush; and numerous nieces, nephews.
