Lee Edward Elvins, 68, of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, formerly of Kansas City, MO, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 24th at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO. Services in St. Croix will be held at a later date. Lee was born October 16, 1949, in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Dozier Elvins and Maude (Elvins) Maule. He was a volunteer in the Coast Guard Auxiliary. Lee had lived in St. Croix for 25 years and loved to sail.
His survivors include his daughter, Rachael Sanders (Chris) of Oak Grove, MO; son, Jeffrey Elvins (Shera) of St. Croix; four grandchildren; brother, Ray Elvins of TX; and sister, Anita Strub of Kansas City, KS.
