Audrey Lou Goodman, 72, passed away on June 19, 2017 at St. Mary’s Manor in Blue Springs, MO. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Forest Hill Cemetery, 6901 Troost Ave, Kansas City, Mo 64131. She was born on February 20, 1945 in Kansas City, MO to William E. Leap and Pauline R. Leap. Audrey married George Goodman in 1962. They were married for 55 years. They were members of the First Presbyterian Church of Pleasant Hill, MO. She enjoyed crocheting, needle point, listening to country music, watching television and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, William and Pauline Goodman; and 2 brothers, Earnest Leap and Jack Leap.
Audrey is survived by her spouse, George Goodman; her brother and sister-in-law, Murrell Leap and Anna Leap; her son and daughter-in-law and granddaughter, Tom Goodman, Toni Goodman and Shana Goodman; her daughter and son-in-law and granddaughters, Peggy Rose and Chris Rose, Tiffany Byrd, Christina Davis and Jayme Rose and her great-grandchildren, Quintin Byrd, James Davis, Nyla Wilson and Lily Wilson; and her nieces, nephews and other relatives.
