Charlene Marie Keller, 89, of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Blue Springs, MO. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 22nd at First Baptist Church of Oak Grove; burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. If sending flowers, the family requests perennial plants that can be given to Charlene’s family and friends in her name.
Charlene was born April 24, 1928, in Independence, Missouri, the daughter of Walter E. and Eula I. (Phillips) Harrison. She was a housewife and loving mother. Charlene loved doing anything and everything with her family. In her quiet time, she liked spending time in her garden and playing with her pets.
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Bruce A. Keller.
Her survivors include five children: Michael Keller of Oak Grove, Philip Keller of Kansas City, Kenneth Keller of Warrensburg, MO, Marcey Manes of Oak Grove, and Johnna Beard of Blue Springs; eight grandchildren: Christopher Keller, Matthew Keller, Leah Gardner, Dustin Keller, Amanda Dillard, Megan Dixon, Morgan Beard, and Sarah Beard; and ten great-grandchildren.

22 Sep 2020You all are in my thoughts and prayers today as you lay your Mother to rest. Charlene was a wonderful person. She loved all her kids and wanted the best for them. I remember when we lived just down the street from you all, visiting, laughs and just nice neighborly times. I know you all will miss her but just know you will see her again one day.
