Gary Dale Leveque, 64, formerly of Springville, Indiana, passed away Monday, February 8, 2016 in his home in Odessa, MO. Contributions may be sent to Royer Funeral Home in Oak Grove, MO, for cremation. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Springville, Indiana.
Gary was born January 14, 1952, in Linton, IN, to David J. and Mary L. (Johnson) Leveque. He married Ruth N. LaLonde in 1970. Gary and Ruth had one child before they divorced in 1975. Gary owned Leveque’s Body Shop and taught auto body at Bloomington North High School in Indiana until he was disabled in the 1980s. He moved to Odessa in 2011.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Angela Leveque Brisbin and son-in-law, Michael Brisbin; three grandchildren: Amanda Edwards, Michael Brisbin Jr., and Dillon Brisbin, all of Odessa; and sister-in-law Nancy Leveque, nephew David Leveque, and niece Renee Workman, all of Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, David & Mary Leveque, and brother David Leveque.
