Michael Wayne McGhee, 68 of Independence, MO passed away December 20, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 27th at Royer’s New Salem Funeral Home, Independence, MO. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Camp Quality of Great Kansas City, c/o Crystal Davison, 3111 SE 3rd Terr., Lee’s Summit, MO.
Michael is survived by his wife Beth McGhee; daughters: Casey Meins & husband Greg, and Megan Meiners & husband Zachary; son, Miles McGhee & wife Lindsey; grandchildren: Deziray, Zane, Zoe, William, and Benjamin; great-grandchildren: Emmett and Daenerys; and siblings: Benny, Cindy, Dennis, and Jeff.
