Robert W. Powell, age 72, passed away on February 23, 2017, in Independence, Missouri.  He was born on July 26, 1944 and lived in the Kansas City area most of his life.  He is survived by his children: James Powell of Grain Valley, Sandra Powell of Independence, Robert Easley, and Patricia Easley; 14 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.  Cremation.
