Vincent Saladino, 75, formerly of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016. A visitation will be held on Monday, February 1, 2016 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley with a memorial service following at 7:00 pm.
Vincent was born September 8, 1940, in Kansas City, Missouri, son of Frank and Elizabeth (Palmasano) Saladino. He enjoyed deer camp with the boys, telling jokes and going to the casino. He loved his sweets, the Royals, the Chiefs, fishing, traveling, helping others and especially loved his family.
Vincent is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Elam; sisters, Annette “Cici” Mesh and Theresa (Carl) Bankston; brother, Carl (Norma) Saladino; nephew, Joe Mesh; nieces, Lucille Myers and Carolyn Wyatt; and great nephew, Nicholas Wyatt. He is survived by his son, Mark Saladino, of Kansas City, MO; step-daughter, Kimberly Soberalski, of Herrington, KS; 4 granddaughters, Brittany (Jake) Ford, of Savannah, GA, Tiffany Soberalski, of Herrington, KS, Trixie Saladino, of Blue Springs, MO and Montana Saladino, of Blue Springs, MO; nephew, Frank (Paula) Bankston as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.
