Lisa Dawn Austin Warren, 54, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Faith United Methodist Church, Grain Valley. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. also at the church. In Lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Faith United Methodist Church.
Lisa was born in Kansas City, Missouri on November 20, 1962, daughter of Donald Sr. and Joyce (Whitworth) Austin. She graduated from Oak Grove High School in 1981 and worked with disabled people. She loved her grandson Dominic and she was a loving daughter and mother.
Lisa is preceded in death by her father, Donald D. Austin Sr.; and brother, Randy Austin. Her survivors include her 2 daughters, Lindsay Howlett of Merriam, KS and Leslie Howlett of Blue Springs, MO; grandson, Dominic Howlett of Blue Springs, MO; mother, Joyce Austin of Grain Valley, MO; 2 sisters, Lori Brown (Phil) of Overland Park, KS and Debbie Love (Brian) of Chapel Hill, TN; brother, Donald Austin Jr. (Shelby) of Prairie Village, KS; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
