Saundra Marie Brink, 78, of Independence, Missouri passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, November 19th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley. The family will receive friends from 3:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Saundra was born January 27, 1942 in Kansas City, Kansas, daughter of George and Marie (Ruth) Murphy. Saundra was office manager with the Kansas City Stockyard “Witherspoon Commission Co.” as well as a Hairstylist. Saundra was a strong, loving, compassionate, and social woman. She possessed a great sense of humor and loved spending time with her family, especially at the Lake of the Ozarks. Her favorite time of year was the Christmas season, so she could spoil her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Saundra was always on the go, a lover of life, which she lived to the fullest. The rare occasion you would find her stationary was for a good movie. Her family loves her and will miss her very much.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Kandice Enfield in 2019; parents, George and Marie Murphy.
Saundra is survived by daughter, Karen Spencer (Brett) of Independence MO; son, Keith Enfield of Blue Springs, MO; sister, Georgetta Hassen (Ron) of Shawnee, KS; brother, Michael Murphy (Kathy) of Weatherby Lake, MO; 5 grandchildren: Dustin Spencer (Allison), Amanda Martin, Kaitlyn Kling (Jordan), Saige Enfield and Brooklynn Enfield; 5 great-grandchildren: Abby Easley, Calvin Easley, Harmonie Kling, Simon Spencer and Logan Kling
