Larry Gene Bartet, 67, of Climax Springs, Missouri passed away Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Monterey Nursing Home-Independence, MO.  A Memorial Service will be held at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO, on Sat, Feb 5, 2011, at 11:00 a.m.  In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to: The American Cancer Society.

Larry was born May 22, 1943 in San Diego, CA to Rene and Georgia Louise (Lewis) Bartet Jr.  Larry loved to hunt, collect guns & coins and spend time at the lake.

His survivors include his daughter: Kristi Gibson of Blue Springs, MO; one son:  Keith Bartet of Odessa, MO; one step-daughter:  Leah Hynson of Grandview, MO; one granddaughter:  Ashley Girtch; two grandsons:  Matthew Girtch and Drew Bartet; and one step-granddaughter:  Kaitlin Hynson.
