Noella Ali’itasi Pua’i La’auli Ifopo Bartley, age 18, lives in Independence, MO. Noella was born December 23, 2000 in Ewa Beach, Honolulu, HI and later moved with her parents to Tafuna, American Samoa. At the age of 6, Noella and her family moved to Independence, MO and she attended elementary through high school, she is a senior student at Fort Osage School, and was looking forward to graduation this year on May 2019. Noella is survived by her great grandmother, grandparents, parents, sister and brother and her many uncles, aunties and cousins.
