Jeremy David Blair, 30, of Republic, Missouri, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014 at his home.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday April 3, 2014 at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO; burial in Sni Mills Cemetery, Oak Grove, MO.

Jeremy was born August 4, 1983 in Kansas City, MO.

Jeremy is survived by his wife, Anna of Springfield, MO; one son, Ashton Blair of Springfield; two daughters, Marie Lee & Diamond Lee, both of Springfield; parents, Brenda & Jack Shelton of Springfield; father: James McQuillen of TX, three brothers: Joshua Barnes of Springfield, Dennis McQuillen & Mat McQuillen, both of TX; and one sister, Amy Manes of IN.
