William E Carney was born in Athens TN 3/26/46..He passed away from a massive stroke on November 27 at St Mary’s Village in Blue Springs. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Pamela Carney. He is survived by his 3 children, Debbi and Erik Knudsen, Bill Carney Jr. and his sons Jack and Sam, and Bob and Barb Carney   and their son James.

Bill will be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date.
