Shirley Ann Baldwin, 49 of Independence, Missouri, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2006 at her mother’s home. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 20th at New Harvest Church, 2502 N. Liberty, Independence, MO. She will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the family to defray medical expenses.
Shirley was born on August 21, 1956 in Sugar Creek, Missouri, the daughter of Robert and Laura Murdock. She married Danny M. Baldwin on October 20, 1979. Shirley was a District Manager for the McDonalds Restaurant Corportaion. She was a 1+74 graduate of Grain Valley High School and a 2005 graduate of Vatterott College earning a degree in Medical Assistance. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert W. Murdock in 1994.
Her survivors include: Her husband of 27 years: Dan Baldwin of the home; Three sons: Eric M. Baldwin and fiance, Lindsay A. Graham, Ian J. Baldwin, and Joshua R. Baldwin, all of the home; Mother: Laura Murdock of Independence, MO; One brother: Ken Murdock and wife, Brenda, of Overland Park, KS; Two Sisters: Linda Young of Independence, MO; Pat Wildes and husband, Chuck, of Lee’s Summit, MO; Mother-in-law: Beverly A. Baldwin of Gardner, KS; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
