Michael “Mike” Glenn Wilson, 54, of Blue Springs, Missouri, was called to Heaven at his home on May 29, 2021. A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 6th, at First Baptist Church of Odessa, 100 State Hwy 00 Odessa, MO at 2pm followed by the funeral service at 3pm.
Mike was born in Kansas City, Missouri on May 16th, 1967 to Glenn and Clara “Faye” Wilson. He attended school in Odessa Missouri where he met his wife of 28 years Tracy Wilson. Mike and Tracy had two children between them, Bailey and Colby Wilson. Michael was a manager at Total Tool in Kansas City Missouri. He had a love of sports and was an avid Royals and Chiefs fan. He never missed a single sporting event for either of his kids and even coached a majority of their teams. His most cherished moments were spent watching Colby’s high school football team from the sidelines. In his free time Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing, and taking trips to the lake. Most of all, Mikes greatest joy was his children.
Mike is survived by his daughter, Bailey Wilson; son, Colby Wilson; parents Glenn and Faye Wilson.
He is preceded in death by his son, Payton Michael Wilson and older brother, Scott Harris Wilson.
