Norma D. Dyer, 94, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away December 14, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family.

Norma was born July 4, 1919 in Harrisburg, Missouri, the daughter of Lemmie Deck & Mamie Elizabeth (Drane) Long.  She married Collins F. Dyer on November 19, 1945 and he preceded her in death on September 26, 2013.  She was a homemaker.  Norma lived on the Lake of the Ozarks for 18 years.  She was a member of 2 square dance clubs, the Ozark Lakers and Zig Zags.

Norma is survived by her daughter Karron Purinton of Blue Springs, MO; two grandchildren: Stacey Purinton of Lenexa, KS, & Tiffany Purinton of Blue Springs, MO; and one great-granddaughter, Sutton Purinton.
