Terry Michael Gammon, 61, of Grain Valley, Missouri, passed away Friday, December 12, 2014 at his home. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 16th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Terry was born September 10, 1953, in Appleton City, Missouri, the son of Walter and Betty (Crockett) Gammon. He enjoyed teaching and coaching in the Blue Springs Middle Schools. For many years, Terry and his father built homes together. His other interests included watching sports, traveling to Las Vegas, planning vacations to Disney World for the family, and teaching ballroom dancing, where he met his wife, Mary, of 32 years.
Terry is preceded in death by his father. His survivors include his wife, Mary; his children, Jennifer and Matt; his mother, Betty; and his brother Tim.
