Roxanne M. Harris, 76, of Independence, Mo., lost her battle with cancer Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017.

   Roxanne was born March 16, 1941, the daughter of Myrtle and James Kelley. She was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother that loved spending time with her grandkids more than anything. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kelley Harris; a sister, Dolly Kelley; and two brothers, James Kelley and Curtis Kelley.

   She is survived by a sister, Billie Jean Evans; nine children, Kim Garvey, Debora Holmquest, James Harris, Cheryl Cole, Sandra Harris, Katherine Murray, John Harris III, Patrick Harris and Christopher Harris; 26 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
