Dorothy Hatfield, 92, of Independence, MO went home to be with Jesus on September 3, 2013. Visitation will be 3:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO. A celebration of life will follow at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter: Judy (Paul) Miller of Warrensburg, MO; sons: Jerry (Ruthie) Hatfield of Raytown, MO, Paul (Karen) Hatfield of Independence, MO; seven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
