Alexis E. Forrest

Alexis Erin Forrest, 25 years old, of Grandview, MO passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021. A Memorial will be held at Royer Funeral home in Grain Valley: 100 Royer Lane, Grain Valley, MO on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 10 AM – Noon.

Alex was born in Kansas City, MO to Michael Lee Forrest Jr. and Jamie Carole Patterson.  She grew up mainly in the Blue Springs and Grain Valley area and graduated from Grain Valley H.S.  She worked for Apria Health Care.

Alex leaves behind her husband to be, Matthew Allen (Matthew Dale Shawn Bishop Birth name) Holmes, of Grandview, 3 sons, Nash Michael Drake 6 1/2 years old of  Grandview with his dad, Jon Drake, Nico Matthew Bishop 20 months old, and Noah Jacob Bishop 5 months old of Grandview, her dad, Michael Lee Forrest Jr. (Katrina Lewis) of Blue Springs, her mother, Jamie Carole Soldi of Edmond, OK sisters: Danielle Leeann Forrest, Zoe Carletta Forrest, and Marilyn Jane Forrest, Marlo Elaine Soldi, and 1 brother, Parker William Soldi, her paternal grandmother, Candy Perdue Purcell of Warsaw, MO, maternal grandmother Kimberly Dawn McIntire of Kansas City MO, maternal Grandfather William Irvin Patterson (Debbie) of Blue Springs, Maternal Great Grandparents, Ron and Brenda McIntire of Lake Tapawingo and preceded in death by her Paternal Great Grandmother Dottie L. Gillespie . Alex also leaves behind many other close family members and friends.
