Annette was born November 13, 1937 in Watford, England, to Richard & Hazel (Ryder) Froome. She graduated from London School of Fashion in 1955. Through a mutual friend, Annette and James Prince met on a blind date. She married her prince on August 28, 1957. She was an Air Force military wife for 20 years until 1974 and a truck driver’s wife for 23 years, until Jim retired from it all in 1998. With a Dodge pickup and a 5th wheel camper, they were Alaska bound. For the next 16 years, Annette was Jim’s co-pilot as they traveled where ever their hearts and their RV took them. They were snow birds in South Padre Island, Texas during the Missouri winters. One of Annette and Jim’s favorite places to be was at Lake Pomme de Terre where they camped and spent time on the water in their boat. Annette was known for her love of animals, her cherished dog Tetley will truly miss her. She loved and missed her daughters, their husbands, and her grandchildren very much during her travels; however, she always made time to stay in touch.
