Carlise Julia Cox, 19, of Oak Grove, Missouri, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022. Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 22nd at First Baptist Church of Oak Grove. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service time at the church.
Carlise was born May 5, 2002, in Shawnee, Kansas, the daughter of Kishtor V.O. and Trischa D. (Beatty) Cox. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Carlise was an amazing singer. She had hopes and dreams of going to cosmetology school and furthering her singing career.
Carlise was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Terry Beatty and Frelon Cox; her great-grandmothers, Cathatine Hall and Sandra Kamys; and a niece, Angelica Cox.
Her survivors include her mother, Trischa Cox; her father, Kishtor Cox; five brothers: Kish Cox Jr., Marcus Cox (& niece, Makenna Cox), Christian Cox (Moriah), Zachary Cox, and Terrence Cox; grandparents: Carol & Robert Trowbridge, Lisa Beatty, and Glenda Cox; and great-grandparents: Glen & Jean Beatty, and Rosemary Otte.
