Rosemary T. Barr, 88, of Independence, Missouri passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020. Services will be held on Wednesday, May 27th at St. John Lalande in Blue Springs, MO, with Visitation at 9:30 a.m., Rosary at 10:30 a.m., and Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m.; burial following in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.
Rosemary was born August 28, 1931 in Marshall, Missouri, the daughter of James and Minnie (Scheibrel) Barr. She enjoyed doing ceramics. Rosemary was everyone’s aunt, sister, and sometimes mother. She believed she was the designated sitter for new mothers.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents and many siblings. Her survivors include her brother, John Barr; and many nieces and nephews.
