Daniel B. Steffee, 72, of Apple Valley, CA, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2012 in Grain Valley, MO. A gathering of family and friends will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Parkview Community of Christ, 801 SE 19th St., Blue Springs, MO 64015.
Dan was born in Kansas City, MO, son of Clifford & Laura Steffee. He attended Southwest High School in Kansas City, MO. He began his 50-year career working for Montgomery Ward and ended it as the West Coast Project Manager. Dan was an avid Lakers fan and critter lover.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Shirley of 18 years; his parents: Clifford & Laura; sister: Loretta; daughter Elizabeth; stepson Joe.
Dan is survived by 2 daughters: Sandy Heath, Diana Jocsing; son: Robert Steffee; 2 sisters: Donna Burnett, Betty Hays; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
