Nadine Thiemer, 81, of Odessa, MO passed away Monday, July 23, 2012 at Oak Grove Nursing Home & Rehab in Oak Grove, MO. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. Thursday July 26, 2012 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO. Funeral Services will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Washington Cemetery, Independence, MO.

Nadine was born March 21, 1931 in LaClede County (Lebanon), MO to Charles & Vela (Adams) Daniel. Nadine was a Telephone Operator for South Western Bell. She was a member of the Long Branch Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, reading, sewing and loved spending time with her family, especially playing with her grandchildren.

Nadine is survived by her husband: Everett Thiemer of the home; 1 son: Kevin Thiemer & wife Debbie of Independence, MO; 2 daughters: Janice Claypool of Excelsior Springs, MO, Sandra McClernon of Springfield, MO; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
