Marcia Ann Richards, 61, of Bates City, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Blue Springs, MO. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 21st at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, MO. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time.
Marcia was born on April 12, 1947, the daughter of Martin and Helen Dyer. She married Robert A. Richards on July 22, 1970.
Marcia was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Dyer.
Her survivors include her husband, Bob of the home; her father: Martin Dyer of Bates City, MO; two sisters: Terri Surface & husband John of Grain Valley, and Barbara O’Connell & husband Steve of Grain Valley; a sister-in-law: Kathleen Richards of Kauai, Hawaii; two nieces; two nephews; four great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
