Eva Ella Spangle, 77, of Blue Springs, MO, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2009 in Hot Springs, AR. The family will receive friends from 10-11 am Monday, May 11, 2009 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, with the funeral service beginning at 11 am. Burial will be in Sni Mills Cemetery.
Eva was born on June 4, 1931, the daughter of Lloyd & Birdie (Bradley) Blair. She married Leonard Lee Spangle on May 7, 1948 and he preceded her in death on February 21, 2001. Eva was a homemaker, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son: Terry, and three brothers: Tom, John & Lloyd Blair.
Her survivors include a son: David D. Spangle of Hot Springs, AR; three brothers: Wilburn Blair & wife Sharon of Michigan, Forrest Blair & wife Linda of Blue Springs, Ronald Blair & wife Nancy of Buckner; two sisters: Lula Osburn of Lone Jack & Shirley Martinez & husband Ignacio of Grain Valley; a sister-in-law: Florene Blair of Independence; and five grandchildren: David, Daniel, Derrick, Christopher & Missy.
