Wanda Marrie Mitchell, 50, of Concordia, MO, passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 16, 2009 as the result of a tragic automobile accident. She will be cremated. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 21st at the Mount Zion Cemetery in Dunksberg, MO.
Wanda was born on March 15, 1959 in Odessa, MO. She had attended school at Smith-Cotton. Wanda was a resident of the Good Shepherd Retirement Village #2, Concordia, MO. She was a seamstress. Wanda was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Cody Vinson, in 1997.
Her survivors include a daughter: Angie Wirtz & husband Jon of Sedalia, MO; a son: Jesse Barnett & wife Rashelle of Sweet Springs, MO; her mother & step-father: Lucy & Bob Filler of Concordia, MO; a sister: Ladonna Filler of Odessa, MO; and four grandchildren: Destiny Vinson, Alexis Wirtz, Clay Barnett, & Coal Barnett.
Wanda was a loving daughter, mother, and grandmother. She will be sadly missed.
