Eugene Dale Brobisky, 68, of Bates City, MO, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2009 at his home.
Eugene was born on March 13, 1941 in Bolivar, MO, the son of William H. & Pauline B. (Willis) Brobisky. He married Alice C. Miller on June 25, 1961. Eugene was a self-employed auto upholsterer. He was an avid golfer and member at Bent Oak Golf Club. He was a Baptist.
His survivors include his wife of 48 years: Alice Brobisky of the home; two daughters: Tammy Mathia of Oak Grove & Terry Brobisky of Bates City; two sisters: Barbara Hopkins of Oak Grove and Deana Stake of Lebanon, MO; one brother: Sonny Brobisky of Pleasant Hope, MO; and two grandchildren: Ashley Mathia & Marshall Mathia, both of Oak Grove.
Eugene was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather. He will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
A Memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22nd at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-3 pm preceding the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Three Rivers Hospice.
