SERVICES to be held at East Side Baptist Church in Independence, MO
Visitation: 6-8 pm on Thursday, September 3rd at the church
Funeral: 1:30 pm on Friday, September 4th at the church
Burial: 4:30 pm on Friday, September 4th at Englewood Cemetery in Clinton, MO

Robert Lee Schroff, went to be with his Lord and Savior. Everyone who knew “Bob” knew that Jesus Christ was the center of his life, and he went home on August 30, 2009.
Bob was born to Edward & Mary Schroff on February 22, 1928. He was an electrician for his adult life.
Always a fisherman of “fish”, but most importantly all of the people he touched because of the life he lived. He was a member of East Side Baptist Church in Independence, MO.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Jo Ann, daughter Marilyn Thomas (Roger), son Mark Schroff & his wife Deborah, three grand children, Ben Thomas, Jeni Schroff, Savannah Schroff, and his great grandson born 2 weeks ago, Cedrik Mateo Schroff, and sister-in-law, Lynn Schroff.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, William Schroff.
He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and his dog Rusty.
A visitation will be held Thurday September 3, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the East Side Baptist Church in Independence, MO
The celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 4, at 1:30 p.m. at East Side Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Englewood Cemetery in Clinton, Missouri at 4:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, family suggest contributions be made to the East Side Baptist Church Building Fund.
