David Lee Spangle, 28, of Lees Summit, Missouri passed way on Sunday, February 21, 2010. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 26, 2010 at the Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley Missouri. The family will receive friends for a visitation from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. preceding the service at the funeral home. Burial in the Sni Mills Cemetery, Oak Grove, MO. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
David was born February 12, 1982 in Kansas City, MO to David Dewayne Spangle and Charlene (Downs) Leets. He had passion for playing his drums, was an avid skate boarder, enjoyed playing Guitar Hero, and unconditionally loved his boys.
His survivors include his mother; Charlene Leet and her husband Rick of Lees Summit, MO, his father; David Spangle of Hot Springs, AR, one son; Lee Alexander Spangle of Moriarty, NM, two brothers; Daniel and Derrick Spangle both of Lees Summit, MO, a half sister; Missy Lynn Spangle of Hot Springs, AR, a step sister; Bailey Leet of Overland Park, KS, and his grandparents; Charles and Lillian Downs of Lincoln, MO and one great grandmother; Dorothy James of Lees Summit, MO.
