Luther Lee Mansell, 80, of Lexington, MO, passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 at the Lafayette Regional Health Center, Lexington, MO. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, MO; burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. preceding the service.
Luther was born August 23, 1930 in Oak Grove, MO, the son of Junior Lee and Christine Verna (Maples) Mansell.
He was preceded in death by his parents and infant brothers: John Junior Mansell and James Allen Mansell.
His survivors include three sisters: Betty Kammerich of Odessa, MO, Lillie Woody of Marshall, MO and Cathatine Hall of Oak Grove, MO; two brothers: Charley Mansell of Greenwood, MO and Claudie Mansell of Buckner, MO.
