Anthony Ray “Tony” Wilkerson, 50, of Bates City, MO, passed away Monday, January 10, 2011 at his home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, January 15th at the Faith Community Church, 102 W. 9th Street, Oak Grove, MO.; burial in Concord Cemetery, Bates City. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 – 2 p.m. preceding the service.
Tony was born February 5, 1960 in Bonne Terre, MO, the son of Ronald & Mary (Hahn) Wilkerson. He graduated from the Odessa High School in 1978. Tony was a heavy equipment operator and member of the Heavy Laborer Union, Local 663.
His survivors include two sons: Collin Ray Wilkerson & Denton Wilkerson, both of Odessa, MO; one daughter: Natalia Wilkerson, also of Odessa; his parents: Ron & Mary Wilkerson, one brother: Michael Wilkerson, one sister: Ginger Reddell, and two grandchildren, all of Bates City, MO.
