Cecelia “CeCe” Ann Hudson-Smith, 68, of Blue Springs, Missouri passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020 at her home. Inurnment in the family plot will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Independence, MO. Service to be determined at a later date.
Cecelia was born in Kansas City, MO to Fred and Roberta Quatrocky. She graduated from Van Horn High School and attended Colorado Women’s College in Denver. CeCe became a real estate agent and broker in the Kansas City area. She moved to Santa Cruz, California where she helped open and manage a fine dining restaurant for 25 years as Vice President of Development including menu research and employee relations. CeCe and David enjoyed being restauranteurs and traveling the world.
CeCe is preceded in death by her loving father, Fred. She is survived by her mother, Bobbie Quatrocky; and life partner, David. She will be missed by her siblings, Fred and wife Judy, and Stephen; and son, Christopher E. Hudson. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins.
