At the time of his death, he shared a home in Grain Valley, Missouri, with his wife of 29 years, Gale Goodell. Don was always quick to give a helping hand to anyone that needed it. He never had an unkind word for anyone. He loved his family unconditionally. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, papa and friend. He will be greatly missed.
