Dudley Bruce Nave, 64, of Holden, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at K.U. Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 17th at Calvary Baptist Church in Blue Springs, MO; burial in Blue Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
Dudley was born February 23, 1957, in Independence, Missouri, the son of Delbert Bruce and Ruth Ann (Lowderman) Nave. He was a forklift operator and member of Local Union 541. Dudley was also a member of New Harvest Baptist Church in Agency, MO. He enjoyed fishing, camping, boating, swimming, woodworking, playing cards, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Dudley is survived by his wife, Brenda Nave of the home; daughter, Donna Joy (Ryan) of Lee’s Summit, MO; son, Bryan Nave (Jennifer) of Holden, MO; two sisters: Dedra Arlint of Blue Springs and Barbara Packham (Sam) of Grain Valley, MO; and seven grandchildren: Trae Joy, Kiyanna Joy, Brendan Joy, Kobe Joy, Brooklin Joy, Breyanna Nave, and Abbygail Nave. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Ruth Ann Nave, and his brother, Jerry Nave.
