Harvey Curtis Blystone, 69, of Independence, MO passed away January 9, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Harvey was born October 3, 1953 in Independence, MO to Johnny & Betty (Highfill) Blystone. He was married to his wife Beverly for 50 years. Harvey graduated from William Chrisman High School. As a teenager he worked at a gas station and on uncle’s farm. Harvey work for Ford Motor CO for 18 years until he became disabled. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing in Bass Tournaments with his uncle and loved going to Pome De Terre Lake  to crappy fish and camping.

Harvey was preceded in death by his parents and sister.

Harvey is survived by his wife Beverly; 2 sons: John, Rick & his wife Kartrina; 2 grandchildren: Lannah and Chase; 2 sisters: Virginia Willoughby and Cindy Cretel.
