4 Apr 2025Joanne has been a very good friend to me for 34 years. She was one of the first people I met when I started working for the government. We became fast friends. We enjoyed playing cards and going out to eat. We also enjoyed gabbing on the phone and keeping up with each others lives. I will miss her desperately. But I will remember all the fun and laughs we shared.
